We Successfully Conclude Our Participation at Advanced Factories 2026

From May 5 to 7, we took part in Advanced Factories 2026, one of the leading trade fairs in automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0, held at Fira Barcelona. It was an intense and highly rewarding three-day event that allowed us to share our vision for the future of connected industry, showcase our IoT solutions for industrial machinery manufacturers, and continue generating new opportunities within the industrial ecosystem.

Throughout the event, we welcomed machinery manufacturers, partners, and industry professionals to our stand, where they were able to discover firsthand how connectivity and Industrial IoT can help companies evolve towards more efficient, intelligent, and service-oriented business models.

Our participation in this year’s edition helped us strengthen Awayter’s positioning as a technology partner for industrial companies looking to accelerate their digital transformation. In addition, we held numerous strategic meetings and opened new collaboration opportunities with companies across the sector.

One of the highlights of the event took place on May 6, when we participated in the Industry Start-up Forum, one of the most prominent spaces within Advanced Factories dedicated to recognizing startups and innovative projects with high potential in the industrial sector.

During the session, our colleague Raúl Hernández I Sales, Area Manager Centro-Sur at Awayter, presented the company to the jury and attendees. Among all participating companies, we achieved second place as a finalist company — a recognition that we are especially proud of, as it validates the work we do together with our clients and partners to drive industrial transformation through IoT.

The event also featured a presentation by our CEO, Eudald Bover Capdevila, titled: “From Machines to Services: How Manufacturers Are Unlocking New Value with Industrial IoT.”

During the session, we shared some of the key challenges and opportunities currently facing the industrial sector, as well as how manufacturers can evolve towards service-based business models thanks to machine and data connectivity.

As highlighted by Eudald Bover, CEO of Awayter:

“This year’s edition of Advanced Factories exceeded our expectations. It allowed us to share our vision for the future of connected industry, generate new alliances, and continue strengthening our value proposition within the industrial sector.”

At Awayter, we would like to thank all the people, clients, partners, and professionals who visited our stand and shared this event with us. We remain committed to helping the industry unlock new opportunities through Industrial IoT.
