This week, Awayter participated in the Barcelona Deep Tech Summit, held as part of the Smart City Expo World Congress, a leading international event for innovation and advanced technologies. During the event, we presented Awayter Connect, our IoT solution for industrial machinery, designed to accelerate manufacturers’ digital transformation.
The Barcelona Deep Tech Summit has brought together startups, technology companies, investors and industry experts, becoming a key space to share knowledge, explore new opportunities and discuss the future of the industry.
From machines to services: how to monetize the industrial IoT
During the event, our co-founder, CEO and CTO, Eudald Bover, participated in the Pitch Corner with the presentation entitled “From Machines to Services: Monetizing Industrial IoT for the Modern Manufacturer”.
During his presentation, he explained how Awayter Connect, powered by artificial intelligence and deep tech, transforms machine-generated data into actionable insights. This allows manufacturers to:
- Implement predictive maintenance
- Obtain faster and more accurate diagnoses
- Develop new “as-a-service” business models
- Integrate seamlessly with existing systems
All of this with the aim of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs and generating new sources of income.
